Mr. Chrabot’s experience in HR and benefits dates to his college years, during which time he worked part-time for benefitexpress, supporting the company’s benefit administration platform operations. After several years working in a research laboratory where he put his degree in biochemistry to good use, Mr. Chrabot decided to leave the field of science. His college experience led him back to benefits administration and, ultimately, back to benefitexpress. He brings to Gruppo Marcucci a diverse set of experiences and accomplishments in the in the HR and benefits arena. These include managing client implementations; organizing and managing full RFP processes as well as RFP team strategies; and building business development teams and processes to generate sales leads. Mr. Chrabot also has extensive experience in analyzing data to support organizational strategy and ROI objectives. He draws on these experiences to support clients who need assistance identifying, selecting and/or implementing a benefits administration platform and related industry technologies.
