Consuela Shorter has worked in the human resources and learning & development space for more than 20 years, serving clients in a wide range of industries in the profit and non-profit sectors. Prior to joining the Gruppo Marcucci team, Ms. Shorter was the sole proprietor of an HCM consulting company whose mission was to increase employee performance and engagement through HR technology and design custom manager & leadership development programs. Ms. Shorter managed the implementation of several medium- and large-scale learning management systems, supporting 500 to 130,000 users. She has extensive experience in RFP management, service provider selection, contract negotiation/management and the implementation of various HCM systems. Other client services included HCM system optimization and integration with ERP and POS platforms. She has a deep understanding of training program development, organizational change management strategy and customer loyalty and employee engagement program management. Over the tenure of her career, Ms. Shorter has trained and provided guidance to clients on HRIS, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, learning management and succession planning systems. As a former HR practitioner, she is well-positioned to assist clients in selecting and implementing best-fit HCM technologies. At Gruppo Marcucci, Ms. Shorter specializes in learning technologies. She is a certified Master Trainer and Instructional Designer.
