With nearly 25 years’ tenure in the health and welfare benefits arena and an MBA in human resource management, Ms. Siegel possesses extensive knowledge and experience in client services, project management, integrating outsourced systems, and creating and implementing solutions to address benefits administration opportunities and challenges. She honed these skills working for established industry players, including Towers Watson and Aon Hewitt, as well as smaller and start-up healthcare organizations. During her career, she also managed health and welfare plans and service providers for a 30,000-life corporation, providing first-hand knowledge of the employer’s perspective. This broad experience enables Ms. Siegel to excel in building relationships among industry stakeholders, drive collaboration and lead client initiatives to align with the desired outcome and associated strategy. As part of the GPM consulting team, Ms. Siegel focuses primarily on the benefits administration, spending accounts and COBRA verticals, but is available to lend her expertise in support of other GPM consultants to deliver the best possible service to Gruppo Marcucci clients.
