Kim Strader comes to the Gruppo Marcucci consulting team most recently from a large national benefit services firm, working as a product specialist for the company’s private healthcare exchange marketplace. In this role, she worked closely with benefit advisor teams and their clients on benefit implementations and subsequent renewals with benefit technology partners. This experience provided Ms. Strader with deep understanding of the employer’s perspective related to HR and benefit technology implementations and the importance of communication related to project expectations and progress by all parties — including the technology provider, benefit advisor and the client team. This first-hand knowledge is evident in her attention to detail and thoughtful approach to client service and communication. In previous roles, Ms. Strader’s responsibilities required considerable and productive collaboration between project team members, multiple internal departments and third-party technology providers, which serves her well in her role as a HR and benefit technology consultant for Gruppo Marcucci where she focuses on human capital management technology, with an emphasis on leave management.
