Leah Benfield comes to the Gruppo Marcucci team from within the Gallagher Benefit Services family where she was an account executive, consulting on all functions of clients’ benefit programs and human resource-related matters. Ms. Benfield has an extensive background in Human Resources work, starting with a Master of Human Resources (MHR) degree and a work history that began on the employer side of Human Resources. In subsequent positions, Ms. Benfield was responsible for evaluating the workforce needs of her clients and creating benefit packages to meet those needs, marketing benefit plans and managing enrollment and related communications. She has an impressive track record of establishing strong relationships with all sectors of the business, including corporate executive teams, HR teams and service provider partners — enabling her to identify best-fit HR and benefit technology products to respond to the client’s strategic objectives. Ms. Benfield’s area of focus as a Gruppo Marcucci consultant is primarily in the benefits administration arena.
