Mary Koffinas began her career on the employer side of human resources as a personnel coordinator for a large regional supermarket chain before moving into the HR technology arena where she was responsible for a diverse range of HRIS functions, including data mapping & process improvement for performance management, report automation, employee engagement surveys and standardizing change management processes. Ms. Koffinas engaged with senior level managers to complete discovery sessions for goal setting and goal modification. Prior to joining the Gruppo Marcucci team, she worked as a senior analyst for a credit reporting company and a senior HRIS specialist for a multi-national company providing talent acquisition, staffing and outsourcing solutions — honing her skills in learning management systems, employee engagement and talent management technologies. In these roles she worked directly with service providers, consultants, business and unit leaders to support corporate goals using human capital management (HCM) strategy. Ms. Koffinas is part of Gruppo Marcucci’s HCM consulting team where she draws heavily on her background in learning, talent and employee engagement technologies.
